Order Processing & Fulfillment
📋 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🏭 Fulfillment Centers
We ship from our state-of-the-art fulfillment centers in Tokyo and Osaka to ensure fast delivery throughout Japan. International orders are processed through our Tokyo facility.
📞 Order Modifications
Need to change your shipping address or upgrade your shipping method? Contact our customer service team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed, modifications may not be possible.
⚠️ Peak Season Notice
During peak shopping periods (Golden Week, summer sales, year-end holidays), processing and delivery times may be extended by 1-2 business days. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.
International Shipping Information
🌎 Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and will be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
📄 Required Documentation
All international shipments include proper customs declarations and commercial invoices. We mark packages with accurate values as required by international law - we cannot mark items as "gifts" or reduce declared values.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
Due to various international regulations, we cannot ship to certain countries or regions. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout to confirm availability to your location.

Delivery & Receiving Your Order
🏠 Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, your package will be returned to our facility. Return shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
📦 Package Inspection
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.
🔄 Missed Delivery
If you miss a delivery, you'll receive a delivery notice with instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your package from a local depot. Packages are typically held for 7-10 days before being returned.

❓ Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order and only if the order hasn't been processed yet. Contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes.
❓ Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is available in select areas of Tokyo and Osaka for orders placed before 2 PM on business days. This premium service costs ¥4,500 and includes white-glove delivery service.
❓ What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos if applicable. We'll file an insurance claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
❓ Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Currently, we don't offer pickup services as all orders are fulfilled from our warehouse facilities. All orders must be shipped to a valid delivery address.
